How the work is delivered today, and where it is going
Every Margin Lab Diagnostic today is delivered by Ignite XDS's team, working from your POS exports and food invoices. As direct POS and distributor integrations come online through 2027, the same reconciliation and peer comparisons run continuously in your dashboard. Your Diagnostic deliverables are the same either way. The dashboard access, the reconciliation, and the alerts get faster. See the roadmap for what is shipping when.
For Performance Foodservice accounts
Margin Lab is available to any operator. For select Performance Foodservice accounts, PFG may underwrite the six-thousand-five-hundred-dollar Diagnostic through the Growth Grant, so the first read of your business comes with no consulting bill attached. Optimization and Margin Watch continue at standard pricing, paid by the operator, once the Diagnostic proves value.

About pricing
Prices are exclusive of applicable tax. No travel is billed for engagements delivered remotely, which is the default. If a site visit is agreed, travel is billed at cost with prior approval.
The dashboard goes read-only, and then archived after another thirty days. Add Margin Watch and it stays live. Your evidence cards, brief, and appendix are yours to keep either way.
Chain programs use volume steps that reduce per-location cost as the number of locations rises. Two locations is not a discount, four to nine is, ten-plus is a further step. We quote per group.
Yes. Diagnostic and Optimization can be split into two payments, first invoice at kickoff, second at delivery. Margin Watch is monthly by default.
No. About a third of Diagnostic clients decline Optimization and go straight to Margin Watch. Some do neither and use the cards to work on their own. We tell you which path fits your situation before we send the Optimization proposal.
Cancel any month. No penalty, no clawback, no annual minimum. The dashboard goes read-only for thirty days so you can pull anything you need. Your Diagnostic deliverables remain yours.
